ProSoft Tech Solutions is a West Palm Beach–based TaxWise® and CrossLink® partner team that configures software, enables partner bank products, and stays with offices through the season—so preparers spend less time wrestling setup and more time filing.
What we do
ProSoft is an authorized TaxWise® & CrossLink® partner / connector. We help professional tax offices get onto a proven IRS-oriented platform, complete onboarding and training, and, when it fits, enable refund transfers and related bank products through partner banks.
We are not the bank or the lender. Partner bank fees are disclosed at enrollment. Prep fees and bank/product fees stay distinct so owners can plan with clear numbers.
